Since I've lived here (20yrs) the number of cars that have sped around this residential neighborhood has dramatically increased. I am concerned that one of these days a small child, or elderly person on a walk, or anyone for that matter, will be in the wrong place at the wrong time and become a victim of one of these careless drivers. I have called the traffic division of the police dept several times to no avail, as they are a busy bunch. Does anyone have any ideas to share as to how we can cut down on this problem? -- Carrie Marshall and I live in the Rancho Arroyo area of Niles. |
