I'm looking for a venue to take yoga once or twice a week. An ideal setting would have a comfortable social atmosphere and an instructor with a fun loving, casual attitude.
A drop in schedule would work best for me. A few years ago I injured my back, and occasionally I have discomfort. I'm told yoga would strengthen back muscles and alleviate some of the pain. Ten days ago I pinched a nerve, so the sooner I start the better. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
